Most of our car haulers use the kind that slides into the brackets in the bed. I dated a girl who's father had a plate in his bed like yours. He was a son of a bitch. Anyways, he would haul his well drilling equipment on that. If you were hauling something heavy I'd stick with that plate you got there. If you are just going to tow your Z, I'd get the other type of hitch. They've got huge nylon washers that go between the hitch and the neck of the trailer. Not messy at all. They are a lot easier to use. And remember, don't forget to put your tailgate down, if you have one. Good luck. Josh
